Mechanical Breakdown Claims Adjuster
The purpose of this role is to utilize standardized procedures in adjudicating mechanical breakdown claims.
Answer telephone calls from repair facilities and customers holding a service contract or policy to answer questions, giving instructions and obtaining information to complete the claims adjudication process.
Determine if there is coverage in adjusting a claim by using and interpreting the terms and conditions of a service contract or policy.
Ensure the cost effectiveness of adjudicating a claim by being able to negotiate parts and labor and possibly resourcing parts to assist the company in meeting our customer needs and our obligations for both our RV and Automobile customers.
Work schedule : This position is in a call center environment.
During training work hours will be 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm MT. After training hours will be 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, 9 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm, or 10 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm MT, depending on the business needs. There will be opportunity for earlier shifts depending on performance and business needs.
