Sr Warehouse Issue Clerk

Join our Hotel Engineering Services (HES) team and help create a safe, comfortable environment for guests at Disneyland Resort Hotels. As a Sr. Warehouse Clerk, you’ll manage critical inventory and procurement processes that keep our operations running smoothly. This role offers opportunities to work with advanced systems, collaborate with vendors, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

This role will report to the Manager – Facility Shared Services Planning

What You Will Do :

Serve as the primary point of contact for all HES parts orders. Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate quotes and pricing while ensuring timely issuance of purchase orders for parts and supplies. Provide regular updates on the status of open orders while aligning with HES financial goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills :

Procurement & Vendor Management :

• Process approved material requisitions, source parts and issue purchase orders for ongoing routine maintenance and project work while following Disney purchasing guidelines considering quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor open purchase orders and communicate with vendors on past due orders; take action to expedite orders.
• Assist internal customers with ordering needs and identify alternate materials when items are obsolete or unavailable.
• Perform Goods Receipt (Maximo, SAP and Coupa).

The hiring range for this position in California is $26.50 - $29.15 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
