Job Description

Occupational Therapists work closely with the Clinical and Family Services Department Heads. Occupational Therapistsplay a pivotal role in leading the organization to achieve its mission, ensuring operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives to support the foundation’s goals.

Purpose :

The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer is a nonprofit organization committed to erasing the effects of pediatric cancer and optimizing quality of life through comprehensive care and services. From diagnosis through survivorship, we empower children and families by providing access to life-changing therapies, education, and support—always at no cost to them.

Occupational Therapy is an essential component of support for childhood cancer patients. At the Austin Hatcher Foundation  our vision is all childhood cancer patients, survivors, and the entire family reach their full human potential through education, balance, and health & well-being.  Occupational therapy services are performed in a non-traditional setting, through interdisciplinary clinical team.

The Austin Hatcher Foundation is a growing, dynamic, and supportive team of non-profit intervention specialist, focused on dynamic interventions which assist with overcoming the long-term effects of pediatric cancer interventions.
