As the Maintenance Technician , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through :

• Performing all plumbing, electrical repairs, basic woodworking, installations and repairs for small appliances
• Performing various remodeling projects, including but not limited to sheet rocking, framing, floor tile installations, painting, etc.
• Performing all landscaping functions including mowing, tree pruning, planting, etc. and ensures the timely removal of snow and ice
• Rotates on-call responsibilities as scheduled; On-call is required on a rotating basis for evening and weekend coverage

Maintenance Technician Minimum Salary : $21.55 / hour

Maintenance Technician Maximum Salary : $21.55 / hour

Maintenance Technician Schedule : M-F 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm
