Clinical Data Analyst
Location : Clark, NJ (Onsite, 5 days / week)
Contract : 6-month initial contract with potential extension up to 2 years
About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Data Analyst I to support Research & Innovation within our Skincare division. This role provides technical and scientific support for product innovation, ingredient performance evaluation, and clinical testing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong scientific curiosity with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
This position is an immediate backfill opportunity for a contractor who has reached tenure.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Valorization & Technical Support
- Develop synopses and summaries of new and existing scientific technologies relevant to skincare.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging scientific, technical, and marketing trends through literature and publications.
- Act as an innovation catalyst by identifying new ingredient functions, technologies, and potential areas for discovery.
Testing & Data Coordination
Support testing methodologies for evaluating active ingredients and product performance.Collaborate with Safety and Analytical teams to coordinate product testing and analytical workflows.Partner closely with the Clinical Evaluation team to manage clinical, instrumental, and consumer testing activities.Contribute to the creation of technical dossiers for new products or modifications of existing formulations.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry , Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering , or a related scientific field (Skincare and / or cosmetics experience is a strong plus).Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey scientific data to both expert and non-expert audiences.Solid understanding of data analysis within a scientific or product-testing environment.
