Exciting Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity Join a Growing, High-Performing Team!

Are you ready to make a real impact in a thriving, patient-centered pediatric program ? Deaconess Clinic is seeking an energetic, board-certified / board-eligible Pediatric Hospitalist to take the lead in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing regional leader in pediatrics , working alongside a dedicated team of skilled pediatric specialists.

Flexible Schedule & Work-Life Balance Work 14-15 days per month with 24-hour shifts , including a minimum of 8 hours on-site (on-call for admissions when off-site).

State-of-the-Art Facility Located at Gateway Hospital , a 200-bed acute care facility , featuring a 17-bed pediatric unit (including 4 PICU beds ) and a growing pediatric subspecialty team .

Teaching & Leadership Opportunities Work with Deaconess Family Medicine Residents and Indiana University Medical Students to help shape the future of medicine.

Supportive Call Schedule Call is every 3rd weekend , with on-site APP support for 12-hour shifts.

Diverse & Fulfilling Responsibilities Cover newborn nursery care and rotate coverage for non-staff pediatricians inpatient newborns .
