Equifax is seeking a creative, high-energy and driven Software Engineer, DevOps with hands-on development skills to work on a variety of meaningful projects. Our software engineering positions provide you the opportunity to join a team of talented engineers working with leading-edge technology. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain our core infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Helm.
• Develop and manage robust CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate software delivery from development to production.
• Operate, scale, and troubleshoot our Kubernetes (GKE) clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application deployment, scalability, and reliability on our cloud platform.
• Administer and harden Linux-based systems, ensuring they are secure, performant, and reliable.
• Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to ensure operational best practices are integrated into our designs.
• Automate manual operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
• Manage sole project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for infrastructure-related initiatives.
• Triage and resolve production infrastructure issues, participating in an on-call rotation.
• Actively participate in Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and other team activities.
