Mortgage Loan Officer (D2C / DSCR Loans)

We are expanding into mortgage origination and hiring a team of Direct to Customer Mortgage Loan Officers. Because these are part of the founding roles, this will provide for growth opportunities as we scale the business. This is a salary plus commission role. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, start-up oriented, and eager to sell and contribute to broader MLO operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as one of the company's lead loan officers for SFR investor and consumer-purpose loans
• Handle inbound leads from marketing channels
• Own and manage the sales pipeline : generate leads, cultivate referral relationships, and foster high-quality opportunities
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to structure and close loans
• Expand and manage relationships with repeat investor clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, compliant closings
• Maintain high contact and conversion rates using CRM and automation tools
