Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Pueblo, CO - New Grads are accepted
Shift: Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm), 1 day set aside for admin work can be done from home
Responsibilities:
·Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical and psychosocial history
·Performs new patient consultations and routine follow-up care in collaboration with the physician, as appropriate
·Record symptoms
·Physically examine patients
·Order and interpret laboratory test results
·Maintain all necessary medical documentation of office visits and procedures performed
·Develop a treatment plan that may include medications, adjuvant therapies, and interventional pain procedures
