Job descriptionInstall and program new HVAC systems. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests. On-call rotation. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Minimum of three years experience (five years preferred) in installation and / or repair. Five years experience in repair preferred. Ability to handle physical workload. Good driving record. (Must be insurable.) Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. DDC knowledge and experience is a plus. Ability to pass a background check. Able to pass drug screen for Federal contractor requirements.
