CENTRALIZED PARTS SPECIALIST SCHEDULE :

This is a full-time agriculture equipment role where reliability matters. You will be counted on every day to provide prompt support and clear communication, ensuring customers and team members can depend on you to keep operations running smoothly.

ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS :

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE :

As an Centralized Parts Specialist, your day will be fast-paced and rewarding as you become the go-to contact for parts support. You will be on the front line of communication, ensuring customers are satisfied, their needs are met, and their feedback is heard. Calls from parts departments across the company will roll over to you when extra time and care are needed, and you will also respond to inquiries by phone, email, and other applications. Online orders will come your way, and you will process them quickly and accurately while updating customer records to reflect each interaction. You will prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly progress, and you will handle product and service sales, including payments, directly over the phone. By monitoring 3CX and ExpertConnect, you will make sure customers always receive timely support.
