Accounts Payable Specialist

A growing organization in the Cranberry Township area is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support its finance team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone interested in handling a variety of accounts payable and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming invoices for payment
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals are obtained
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and vendor information
• Prepare payments and assist with regular payment cycles
• Support month-end processes and assist with financial reporting
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed
• Help maintain compliance with internal procedures

Qualifications

Pay Details : $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
