HealthPro Heritage has a great Occupational Therapy opportunity for Full time in our Home health division in the West Valley of Phoenix, AZ. Coverage area flexible but includes Surprise, Sun City west, Glendale, and Peoria. We offer flexile schedules and full time benefits at 30 hours in a week. High per point rates and salary options!
