Travel Radiation Therapy Technologist

Location : Atlanta, GA

Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Days, 7 : 30a–4 : 00p, Monday–Friday

Hours : 40 guaranteed / week

On Call : None

Department : Cancer Center – Radiation Therapy

Description :

A hospital-based cancer center in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Travel Radiation Therapy Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The technologist will deliver radiation treatments to patients according to prescribed plans and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiation Therapy

Certifications : BLS (required)

ARRT (required)

Responsibilities :

Administer radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians

Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

Operate radiation therapy equipment and monitor for proper function

Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation

Collaborate with oncology team to optimize patient care

Winter Holiday Requirements :

Travelers must work one major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year’s Day) and one minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve).
