Job Overview : As a lead department manager at Hart2Hart, Inc., you will be responsible for supporting the restaurant general manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. In the absence of the general manager, the lead department manager will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant operations set by the organization and McDonald's.

Wage : The wage for a lead department manager at Hart2Hart, Inc. starts at $19.50 / hr with bonus opportunities.

Essential Duties

• Manage a team of employees which includes scheduling shifts, delegating duties, store is properly staffed, and ensure training is up to date.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with service and quality, which includes addressing any customer concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that food preparations and services meet McDonald's quality standards and adheres to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Operate equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
• Responsible for the development of employees, which includes providing feedback on their performance, and coaching them to improve their skills.
• Manage money counts, register activity, bank deposits, etc.
