Leasing Specialist

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 Year or more years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services; or appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Experience in vehicle title work (at a dealership, auction, or bank)
• Working knowledge of office software applications (MS Office Software's)
• Ability to accommodate varying work and scheduling requirements in order to meet deadlines
• Ability to solve problems and identify when to escalate issues

Job Description

The Lease Servicing Specialist will process transactions, resolve an array of customer requests and provide general customer service for Farm Credit Leasing internal and external customers. Some duties include, but are not limited to, vehicle title processing, responding to customer and partner through Service Console cases, researching and providing documentation related to vehicle titling, violations, registration and MSO / MCOs. This person will work directly with internal and external customers via email, phone and in person, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality within tight deadlines, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
