Description : Position Summary :

VDA Inc., a leading event design agency based in Somerville, MA, is seeking an inventive and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role will oversee corporate events from concept to completion, working cross-functionally with sales, design, and production teams to ensure seamless execution. From tradeshow booths and stage sets to themed events and permanent installations, the Project Manager will bring creativity, organization, and leadership to every experience we produce. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the pre-production planning process, including project timelines, schedules, and coordination across departments.
• Collaborate with the design team to help translate creative vision into executable plans.
• Support the sales team with site visits, vendor pricing, and preliminary production input.
• Source, vet, and manage sub-vendors and partners throughout the production process.
• Oversee on-site installation and dismantle of events, stage sets, and tradeshow booths.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the client throughout the event lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, track labor and equipment costs, and ensure profitability.
• Supervise on-site labor teams, including both union and non-union crews.
• Ensure the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of all project elements.
