This Commercial Project Manager role will primarily be responsible for developing and executing Commercial Launches across the Electrophysiology portfolio. The person in this role will be responsible for partnering with key Marketing leaders on commercial strategy development, along with leading the tactical execution of the commercial launch. In addition, the person in this role will be responsible for partnering with the NPD PM to understand how the new product development timeline activities integrate with the commercial launch readiness activities. The role will require partnership with cross-functional and cross-regional team members from Marketing, Field Service, Distribution, Pricing & Contacting, etc, and will simultaneously handle multiple projects of various sizes and across various time zones. Additionally, the person in this role will regularly provide report-outs and status updates to Senior levels of leadership within the EP Division.

Purpose Statement : This Commercial Project Manager role will ensure the success of key commercial programs in partnership with commercial teams by developing project plans, managing stakeholder communications, identifying and mitigating project risks, and managing team performance. Lead core teams comprised of various marketing, sales, and other cross-functional team members and drive accountability to plans and milestones. Comfortably navigate competing stakeholder objectives to achieve business alignment on scope and strategy. Develop and leverage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders with the goal of becoming a trusted business partner at both the team and management levels. Develop new project management tools and methodologies to advance the capabilities for PMO leadership of global commercial projects. Interact with senior leaders on complex matters requiring coordination across organizations. Ensure current BSC Quality System policies / practices and accurate documentation requirements are followed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Track record of success leading large, cross-functional, and complex projects / programs
• Understanding of various marketing & commercial functions and responsibilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of the organization
• Strong organization, influencing and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project or other planning tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Marlborough 3+ days / week and to travel up to 15%
