Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and oversee all testing and therapeutics within the Cath lab, encompassing cardiac catheterizations, coronary interventions, EP device and ablation therapies, interventional radiology, neuro diagnostic / interventions, endovascular procedures, and structural heart procedures (e.g., LAAC, TAVR).
• Facilitate effective communication among departmental staff, ensuring an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to patient care. Utilize the appropriate SBAR process for hand-off communication.
• Assist patients through all aspects of procedures, including transport, site preparation, sterile procedures, patient monitoring, hemostasis post-catheter / sheath removal, and facilitate the return to the patient's room. Manage emergent cases.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records. Complete all paperwork associated with procedures and prepare tests for physician interpretation.
• Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to function well under stressful situations.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and provide orientation as needed.
