ARE YOU OUR STARGAZING SUPERSTAR?

We're looking for a Front Desk Associate - Stargazing Agent who can seamlessly blend front desk duties with the excitement of stargazing. This position ensures a smooth guest check-in process, handling registrations, payments, and possible sales through our POS system. Our ideal candidate can assist guests with setting up telescopes and guide them through an awe-inspiring stargazing experience, providing insights into celestial events and constellations. This astronomy role is crucial in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that enhances each guest's visit, turning their stargazing adventure into a truly memorable experience!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work evenings
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passionate about stargazing and enthusiastic about astronomy
• Friendly and professional

Education in hospitality or astronomy is a plus! Previous customer service experience is preferred, particularly in a hotel or resort setting.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible schedule from opening to closing. While this position combines part-time stargazing with front desk tasks, we can accommodate a strictly night shift if preferred!
