Job descriptionDirects the purchasing, receiving, storing and preparing of food and related products Creating the menu, developing recipes, and overseeing kitchen staff, operations, inventory, DOH regulations compliance and orders Responsible for training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates Properly opens the Food Service on shift assigned Schedules department working hours, personnel, and work assignments to maintain quality service Interviews, hires, and trains associates and maintains excellent relationships with clients Develops, manages, and maintains food service policies and procedures
