Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor, document, and report changes in patients conditions. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Uphold hospital policies, patient safety, and infection control standards.
