Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary :
Will provide customer support to our dealers and homeowners in a manner that exceeds their expectations. Daily interaction via telephone conversations, emails and faxes on RFI's, RFQ's, order-processing and general customer service.
Key Accountabilities :
- Respond promptly to all customers inquires
- Provide pricing and delivery information for all Seaway product lines
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow-up on all customer interactions in a timely manner
- Effectively match our product offering with the customers' requirements
- Maintain company records to properly record all relevant information
- Handle and resolve all customer complaints
- Direct any unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Evaluate RFQ's and take all actions necessary to respond with a quote in a timely manner
- Perform Inside Sales function by promoting the features and benefits of all Seaway products to both dealers and homeowners
- Process orders expeditiously with complete accuracy on all product lines
- Participate as a team member at all times to facilitate department cohesion
- Technical champion in the department with requirements to focus on sunroom activities.

Required Knowledge and Experience :
2 years of customer service experience requiredOne year of technical or inside sales experience a plusAdvanced math and computer skillsKey Competencies :
