Purpose of Position : To provide for general maintenance of store, which includes all janitorial duties at location. Position also responds to donation door. To fulfill Goodwills mission statement.
Supervision Received : District Manager, Store Manager, Asst. Store Manager & Team Leader
Supervision Exercised : None
Organizational Responsibilities : Work with individuals who have disabilities and or barriers to employment and participate in the achievement of their goals. Demonstrate a positive, role model. Display commitment and involvement towards Goodwills mission.
Job Proficiencies : Teamwork, Accuracy, Customer Service, Quality, Fashion Sense, Ethics and Trust, Product Knowledge, Oral Communications, Safety and Security.
Job Competencies : Sorts through donations which may include household items, games, toys, holiday items, wares and other miscellaneous donations. Hangs clothing and tags textiles. Prices items and follow procedures for identified salvage.
