Job descriptionJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar membership in good standing. 5+ years of civil trial experience, with a proven track record in commercial and tort litigation. Strong courtroom presence, exceptional writing and analytical skills, and a passion for advocacy. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to handle high-volume, diverse caseloads independently. Experience on both plaintiff and defense sides preferred.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all phases of civil litigation, from discovery and motions to trials and appeals.
- Develop winning strategies for commercial and tort cases on both sides of the docket.
