Role Description

As a UX / Product Designer at DoveRunner, you will play a crucial role in defining how our customers interact with our platform. This role will collaborate with Product Owners (POs), Engineering, Marketing, and will play a vital role as a member of the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with PO’s and stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical constraints.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, secure, and modern user experiences.
• Develop an understanding of the Cyber Security industry and maintain product parity with competitors.
• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect the platform’s new brand and design language.
• Develop and maintain the product design system.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and internal feedback sessions to validate design decisions and drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and align with our user needs.
• Be an advocate for best practices, including accessibility standards.
