Job descriptionProvide behavioral health triage and case management for youth (ages 3–21). Handle inbound / outbound behavioral health calls Perform assessments, interventions, and care planning within scope of license. Support callers by offering education, recovery concepts, and referrals Majority of work is phone-based outreach Caseload includes adolescents & young adults Assess gaps in care, document calls / actions in software. Collaborate with team & external agencies. The Travis Region team is described as fun, collaborative, creative, supportive Manager emphasizes flexibility and trust once performance is consistent. Remote-first, close-knit group that values honesty, integrity, and teamwork Master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or Nursing. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing acceptable. Fully licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, LMSW, or RN 2–4 years related behavioral health experience. Experience with adolescent population (preferred ages 3–21). Case management background (caseload handling, assessments, care plans). Telephonic counseling or managed care environment experience. Strong computer & documentation skills (Microsoft Office, EHR / data entry). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Long history of private practice only (less adaptable to telephonic / case management). Spotty job history with many short-term ( At least 2+ years tenure in prior roles Ability to manage caseloads consistently. Accuracy and compliance in documentation. Behavioral health experience (case management, therapy, interventions). Experience with adolescent / young adult populations Strong case documentation and communication skills. Review Timeline : Manager reviews resumes within 1–2 days. Interviews : 3–4 candidates total, usually single interview via remote format. Testing / Assessments : None. Background Check : Texas DFPS check required Remote-first position with flexibility after onboarding. Opportunity to work with youth / adolescents in impactful case management. - Location : Remote – must be in Travis Region (Austin, TX + surrounding areas)
- Fieldwork : Some member-facing field visits, but mainly remote / telephonic
- Schedule : M–F, no overtime required
- Interview Process : 3–4 interviews (usually one round, possibly follow-up)
