We are looking for a confident and strategic leader to join our team as Manager Catchment Space. In this role, you will drive initiatives related to catchment strategy and space planning, ensuring our business makes the most effective use of our locations. You will combine strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with a keen sense of business priorities, helping to shape and execute location-based strategies that deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead catchment space strategy and planning initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization across markets.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, confidently presenting recommendations and negotiating solutions that balance diverse needs.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions, but focus on translating findings into clear, actionable strategies for the business.
• Demonstrate presence of mind and adaptability in fast-paced situations, making sound decisions and guiding teams through change.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications :

Supervising Associates Masters : Economics Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
