Come Back Shack is family-owned. We're out to be the #1 Quick Serve Restaurant to work at in the High Country!

We pay top wages in the High Country

  • High School $10 - $12
  • Part-time (32 hrs / wk) $13-$14
  • Full-Time (32+ hrs / wk) w / Restrictions $14-$15
  • Full-Time NO Restrictions $16
  • $1 / hour for working weekends; +$3 / hour for working crew closing shifts

Come Back Shack Team Members Expectations :

  • May work in any and all aspects of the restaurant from taking orders and customer service to food prep and cooking.
