Location : Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158
Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00)WI / Compact License
Must have BLS, ACLS, NIHSS in hand at submission
Must include 2 supervisor references within 1 year and one from most recent / current assignment in hand at submittal
2 years recent ICU experience
Must have strong CRRT skills
Wil float to IMCU(stepdown) if needed
Travel Experience Required : Yes
Scheduling : Facility needs flexibility between shifts of 0700-1900 and 1900-0700 as staffing needs arise. The schedule goes out 4 weeks at a time and will not flip back and forth within the same week. Scheduler will be considerate when going between days and nights.
Certfications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, NIHSS in hand- hard stop
