Job descriptionDesign and execute marketing campaigns for land sales and events. Manage community engagement on Telegram and social platforms. Create content for promotions, including videos and graphics. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with sales to align marketing with revenue goals. 5+ years in marketing, preferably in crypto or gaming sectors. Experience with social media and community management. Strong creative and analytical skills in English. Knowledge of blockchain trends and TON ecosystem. Experience with NFT or metaverse marketing. Background in event planning for virtual worlds. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite). Our business is growing at an exponential scale. Non-bureaucratic management that focuses on results. Regular performance reviews to assess your progress. Remote setup with access to our hubs if needed. Compensation for medical expenses. Provision of necessary equipment. 20 working days of paid vacation annually. 11 days off per year. 14 days of paid sick leave to support your health and recovery when needed. Access to internal conferences, English courses, and corporate events. Payment starts after Christmas (December 2026), with potential $DOGG token incentives.
