Data Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Data Operations Associate to support data-driven operations within a pharmacy management software environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the intake and tracking of data engineering and analytics requests using a centralized ticketing system

Gather and document technical specifications from business stakeholders and maintain the organization's data dictionary

Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful translation of business needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in a data operations, business operations, or request management role, preferably in healthcare or software

Familiarity with pharmacy data or pharmacy software systems is strongly preferred

Proficient in the use of ticketing systems for managing request workflows

Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms
