Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Petoskey, MI 49770 (Northern Michigan healthcare jobs)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (October 27, 2025 – January 26, 2026)

Setting : Surgical Services – Operating Room (OR RN travel job)

Shift : 10-hour day shifts (6 : 45am – 5 : 15pm), non-consecutive working days (random days off Monday–Friday)

On-Call : One weeknight call per week (7pm–11pm) and one weekend per month (rotating Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7pm–7am and Saturday / Sunday 7am–7pm)

Estimated Weekly Hours : 40

Operating Room RN Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience required

Experience in Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urology, and OB surgical procedures preferred

Active Michigan RN license (LARA and Nursys verification required)

BLS certification (AHA) required

Completed skills checklist for RN specialties within one year of application

Strong attendance record (strict 3-strike attendance policy enforced)

Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, endo-vascular, urology, and OB surgeries

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all hospital policies and procedures

Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
