LOC Credit Union is looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our growing team in the Contact Center as a part-time Member Support Center Representative / Contact Center Financial Success Specialist at our Farmington office.
Key Responsibilities
The Contact Center is responsible for ensuring the operation of the calls we receive and exceptional member satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has customer service experience, financial institution experience (preferred), and someone to process requests accurately, efficiently, all while ensuring confidence and accountability.
Additionally, the Contact Center utilizes multiple platforms to help our members such as Digital Banking messages, text, chat, and emails answering all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
