ICU / IMCU RN – Travel Position

Location : [Facility Name]

Beds : 24 | Ratios : ICU 1 : 1–1 : 2 | IMCU Days 1 : 3, Nights 1 : 4

Shifts : 12-hour (7A–7P / 7P–7A) | Weekends / Holidays : Every other

Scrubs : Caribbean blue (black or white undershirts allowed)

Requirements :

Epic experience and prior travel experience required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS

Accurate, up-to-date profile

Must not work another job during assignment

No RTO in first 2 weeks; minimal RTO overall

Must be available for listed orientation dates

Unit Details :

EMR : Cerner (transitioning to Epic)

Titrated drips, vents (Avea), BiPAP (IMCU), all rooms Phillips IntelliVue

24 / 7 RT, Pharmacy, and Hospitalist coverage

Floating to Tele / IMCU as needed (up to 1 : 5 ratio)

Orientation : 2 shifts

Patient Population :

CVA (TPA), MI, AAA, GI bleed, sepsis, detox, overdose, A-fib RVR, Whipple, and post-op cases.

Ideal Candidate :

Strong team player with flexibility, compassion, and excellent communication skills to handle high-acuity, complex, and behavioral health patients.
