Data Management and Document Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management-Document Control Specialist to join our spacecraft engineering services team.

The Data Management-Document Control Specialist will support aerospace projects by managing documentation processes across a variety of programs including Lunar exploration.   This role ensures compliance with internal standards, NASA requirements, and trade compliance regulations while facilitating timely and accurate document handling throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Document Management

• Create and assign document numbers in support of aerospace programs.
• Maintain and update lunar document templates.
• Reformat and re-template documents during review processes.
• Convert documents from suppliers to customer standard formatting.
• Perform initial administrative document reviews, including :

Verification of reference documents.

JAMA Export and Formatting

NASA Change Requests

Trade Compliance
