In this role, you will be responsible in ensuring team members comply with our Safety Program and the team is provided with the care they need while on the job. You will render first aid to injured or ill employees, to ensure proper care is received. Our team works 24 / 7 during the season so flexibility with your schedule and willingness to work graveyard, swing or day shift is required. This role works at least 6 days a week during our season which takes place from July to September or so.

This position will be primarily responsible for :

• performing safety audits and inspections.
• performing root cause analysis, reports and developing corrective actions.
• completing accident, incident, and investigations reports.
• supporting management and providing supervision to ensure all site employees understand and comply with all applicable regulatory and plant policies and procedures.
• assisting with safety compliance training, coordinating meetings and other corporate functions.
• clean, treat, and bandage minor cuts and burns; document symptoms in electronic logs and refer for further care as needed.
• following up with employees, as needed for interactive process.
• maintain employee personal and medical records securely and confidentially.
• support Safety Management with clerical tasks, including supply stocking, PPE distribution, safety equipment tracking, record maintenance, poster updates, and ordering first aid supplies.
• other duties as assigned.
