Position Title : JH Sports Rental Technician

Reports To : JH Sports Rental Manager

Department : Retail

Classification : FT / PT / Seasonal

FLSA : Non-Exempt

General Purpose : To work with JH Sports Rental guests to provide an exceptional and efficient rental experience.

Essential Functions :

• Provide consistent exceptional customer service
• Assist guests through the JH Sports rental process, focusing on the guest experience and efficiency of rental form time
• Properly utilize the RTP rental system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked out and checked in when returned
• Work with the Rental Manager and Rental Supervisor to analyze and reach goals on flow efficiency & rental form time
• Consistently monitor the guest flow and work with the Lead & Supervisor to expedite the rental process
• Understand and communicate the rental & demo equipment packages and features to ensure the best match for the guests
• Ensure all equipment is returned efficiently and properly in the RTP rental system
• Work with supervisor to maintain Rental Shop presentation standards
