Position Summary
Were looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative with strong sales expertise and a natural aptitude for building relationships. In this role, youll identify and qualify new leads, engage prospects through strategic outreach, and align their needs with Aqualabs innovative solutions. Your ability to communicate value, handle objections, and create sales-ready opportunities will fuel our growth and help drive meaningful customer impact.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities that align with Aqualabs innovative solutions.
- Align Aqualab instruments with each prospect's specific business objectives and needs, ensuring a tailored approach.
- Collaborate closely with account executives to coordinate prospect calls, meetings, and product demonstrations that showcase our offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to provide prospects with valuable insights and position yourself as a trusted resource.
- Conduct strategic outbound calls and emails daily to generate interest and engage potential clients effectively.
- Leverage prior experience in outbound calling, fundraising campaigns, or telemarketing to build rapport, handle objections, and drive conversations toward meaningful outcomes.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments, product demonstrations, and closed deals, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications :
A ROCKSTAR attitude, personality, and enthusiasm.Proven salesmanship and a strong aptitude for selling.Background as a Fundraising Caller, Campaign Caller, or in other high-volume phone outreach roles is highly valued.Solid employment history with a focus on performance.Capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone with prospects and customersTenacity and a strong desire to win business and close deals.Confidence and effectiveness in communicating with prospects at all levels.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.Highly ethical; will always do what is right by the organization and customer over personal gainWhat We Offer
