Solutions Architect

Gridiron IT is searching for Top Secret cleared Solution Architect near DC (e.g. able to go on-site once a week). Willing to entertain a really experienced UiPath Dev (e.g. RPA, DU, multiple years of production hands-on development) that we can train in a couple weeks to be an SA.

• Job Description Responsible for leading UiPath Professional Service’s engagements with a team of 2-5 resources.
• Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of an implementation and any critical milestones.
• Identify and qualify RPA developers, Business Analysts and Solution architects to deliver on professional service’s engagements.
• Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers in order to drive towards customer adoption
• Mentor technical engineers who are looking to grow their careers in RPA
• Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities
• Work with a truly unbelievable technical team that will move mountains to help our customers
• Become an evangelist of UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution
• Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem
• Requirements : Computer Science degree
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing in UiPath
• Experience with multiple UiPath products (e.g. RPA, DU, Test Automation, Process Mining, etc…)
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, on-site with customer (National Capital Region)
• We are seeking customer-facing consultant-minded individuals with good presentation and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
• US Citizen
• Experience developing Solutions Design Documents (SDD) and leading automation development teams
• Preferred : Top Secret Clearance
• UiPath Professional Certifications (Solution Architect and / or Developer Professional)

Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary Range : $210,000-220,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
