Plant Manager

Our client is a very highly regarded food manufacturer with a big location in the Little Rock area (relocation is provided) that is seeking a Plant Manager run all aspects of a to person manufacturing operation.

A strong base salary in the $K to $K is likely plus bonus, world class benefits, relocation, and continued career advancement opportunities are all part of the deal.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree
• Continuous Improvement, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma or other experience with the implementation of High Performing Work Systems
• Successful experience leading, coaching and managing leaders
• Prior Plant Manager experience
• Knowledge of GMP, PC, OSHA, FDA, and USDA regulations strongly preferred
