Shift Leaders at NAYA

You will lead  daily operations, ensuring that the team is  performing efficiently, guest service standards are met, and food quality and safety guidelines are followed.

Teamwork : Lead team members, ensuring they perform tasks efficiently and follow company standards

Food Quality + Safety : Lead the team to provide delicious and safe food every day and every shift

Guest Service : Provide excellent guest service, resolve any guest concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience

Inventory Control : Manage inventory during shifts, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste

Training & Development : Assist in training new employees, ensuring they are prepared for their roles

Shift Operations : Manage operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the store’s cleanliness

What We’re Looking For :

A minimum of one year of experience leading a team in a fast casual environment

New York / ServSafe Food Manager Certification

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

A passion for guest service and team development

Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business

Able to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis and bend, stoop, stand and perform extensive walking for 8-10 hours a day
