FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER / PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Shenandoah Community Health is recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient position in our primary care department. SCH is a community health center and primary care medical home that offers access to primary care, behavioral health, women's health, and oral healthcare in the Shenandoah Valley of West Virginia and Virginia.
