Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic and with experience in wellness treatments, and hormone therapy , TRT, peptides ( a plus) ,and aesthetic injectables, to join our start up wellness practice.

Our Provider will be a key clinical leader responsible for overseeing wellness treatments and medical aesthetics , ensuring compliance with protocols, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

This role involves performing injectables, weight loss programs, providing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and educating patients on wellness services .

The provider will also be responsible for training staff, supervising procedures, and ensuring that all treatments are performed safely and effectively .

This role is ideal for a self-motivated provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and regenerative medicine .

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care

  • Deliver exceptional service and care to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and optimal results.
  • Perform in-depth consultations ( Good Faith Exams) , reviewing risks and benefits, obtaining signed consents, and evaluating patient needs.
  • Administer injectable treatments (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
  • Provide medical weight loss services , including prescribing weight loss medications and developing patient-specific plans.
  • Administer Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
  • Administer Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients, including managing adverse reactions in person or via telemedicine.
  • Provide prescriptions and post-procedure care recommendations as needed.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all services adhere to medical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and state laws .
  • Maintain and update standing delegation orders, consent forms, and treatment protocols .
  • Conduct regular evaluations to ensure the team is operating within their licensed scope of practice.
  • Work with the Medical Director to maintain compliance and review clinical updates.
  • NP must maintain clear and concise documentation in patients' charts
  • Training & Development

  • Develop and implement training programs for providers and clinical staff.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate new treatment modalities into service offerings.
  • Act as a clinical resource for staff, answering questions and providing ongoing education.
  • Conduct competency assessments and coaching to enhance staff performance.
  • Operations & Growth

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine service offerings and optimize business operations.
  • Research and recommend new technologies, services, and products to enhance patient outcomes and revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering medical supplies as needed.
  • Assist in developing protocols for launching new treatments and services .
  • NP will be requested to engage in social media and self-promote for marketing purposes
  • Qualifications

  • Active License in Texas ( Required )
  • DEA Liscense (Required)
  • Minimum 2 year of experience as an Aesthetic Injector ( Required )
  • Experience in medical weight loss management ( Preferred )
  • Experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) ( Preferred )
  • BioTE Certification ( Plus )
  • Experience in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) ( Preferred )
  • Experience in Peptides ( Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics, injectables, laser treatments, and wellness therapies
  • BLS (CPR & AED) Certification – Required; ACLS Certification – Preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule , including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with a focus on innovation and growth
