Requirements :

• Be the point person for our delivery and dispatch operations—driver schedules, routing, all the moving parts.
• Ensure that every customer delivery is accurate, efficient, and on time (bonus points if you're a map enthusiast).
• Lead and support your delivery team using Paylocity for scheduling, PTO, and performance tracking.
• Keep our vehicle fleet running smoothly by scheduling maintenance and collaborating with repair vendors.
• Collaborate daily with Pharmacy, Warehouse, and Long-Term Care to ensure deliveries meet customer needs.
• Track performance, delivery metrics, and expenses like a champ.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and encouragement—a positive culture starts with leadership.

Physical Demands :

While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. You must frequently lift and / or move items over 50 pounds.
