Line Cook

Sawgrass Country Club is currently hiring Full-Time Line Cooks. This role is responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen. Ensuring all recipes, food preparation and presentations meet club specifications and commitment to quality.

DUTIES :

Set up stations including food prep before service.

Assists in other food preparation aspects of the operation.

Performs a la carte presentation of ticketed items including specifications to proper doneness and garnish.

Breakdown of station consisting of leaving a detailed prep list, proper storing and labeling of all products.

Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces and cooking areas.

Checks with supervisor for sign off.
