Pay : $85k - 120k+. Depending on experience

Charlotte Heating and Air of Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Lead HVAC Install Technician who can install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards.
You will also supervise a crew and demonstrate leadership abilities. Do you have a strong passion for our industry? Will you do whatever it takes to achieve complete client satisfaction?

Hours : 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
Required Qualifications :
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
- Valid license and insurable driving record
- 2+ years of experience performing HVAC installs
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification (bonus, but not required)
- Positive attitude
- Ability to lead a team
- Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
