Job Description
Our SAAS client is in need of a senior G&A recruiter. This role is remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time. Responsibilities include :
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for General & Administrative roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and assist with the closing process for successful candidates or.
Qualifications
6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in G&A rolesProven track record of successful hires and stakeholder managementAbility to be flexible and adaptable to pivot and cover various rolesStrong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in sourcing techniques and strategies, including use of social media platformsExperience with data-driven recruitment metrics and analyticsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environmentExperience in SAAS or technology industry recruiting is a plusDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidatesAdditional Information
