Key Responsibilities
As the Esthetics Sales Coach / Manager , you will :
- Oversee and manage esthetics department goals for advanced treatments and retail sales.
- Train, mentor, and coach Lead Estheticians and their teams on service excellence, sales, and business performance.
- Conduct performance reviews, skill evaluations, and ongoing coaching for estheticians.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire training, while supporting long-term professional growth and development.
- Organize and oversee contests, incentives, and recognition programs for team motivation.
- Manage professional and retail product ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Deliver exceptional esthetic services to members and guests.
- Support spa operations through administrative tasks including payroll review, licensing audits, and product / service rollouts.
- Collaborate with Spa Managers and Owners to align goals and implement departmental strategies.
Qualifications
24 years of leadership experience in esthetics, spa management, or a related role.Licensed Esthetician with strong experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing, and advanced services.Demonstrated success in retail sales and service upgrades .Excellent communication and coaching skills.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and inspire a team.Liability insurance required.Previous training and mentoring experience preferred.Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.Required to work one weekend day and one evening shift each week.Required to travel to multiple locations 2-3 times per week (5 locations total)Benefits
