Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, customizing your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
- Conduct culturally responsive, strengths-based assessments that foster trust and understanding.
- Create and maintain treatment plans, crisis / safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and other documentation promptly and organized.
- Engage actively in clinical case consultations, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide holistic, integrated care.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Active LCSW, LCSW-C, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (required).Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a diverse population and presenting issues.A deep commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and inclusive, trauma-informed care.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.Why Join Columbia Mental Health?
